Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Starachowice Commune And Collection And Management Of Waste From Pszok. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is: Provision Of The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Starachowice Commune, By: A) Collecting And Managing Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live, B) Equipping Places For Collecting Selectively Collected Waste In Inhabited Multi-Unit Buildings (Blocks Of Flats) With The Necessary Containers, C) Equipping Owners Inhabited Single-Family And Multi-Family Properties In The Necessary Bags For Collected Selective Waste, And Containers For Bio-Waste. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference. Attention! The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In Its Offer The Installations, Including Municipal Installations, To Which It Will Transfer Waste Collected From Property Owners In Accordance With Annex No. 13 To The Swz. 2) The Ordering Party Does Not Require, But Provides For The Possibility Of, Before Submitting The Offer, A Site Visit In Order To Become Familiar With The Local Conditions, Development Structure, And Specifications Of The Commune Area, Which May Significantly Affect The Content Of Waste Collection Schedules. 3) The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing The Specified Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order: Activities Related To The Operation Of Municipal Vehicles Specially Built, Usually On Truck Chassis, Adapted To Collect Municipal Waste And Transport It To The Place Of Storage, Management Or Disposal. 4) Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Task, Including: A) Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities (Rdr); B) Entry In The Register Of Collectors Of Waste Electronic And Electrical Equipment; C) Entry Into Bdo; D) Permit For Waste Collection, Permit For Waste Processing; E) Permit For Waste Transport Or Entry In The Register (In Accordance With The Waste Act); F) Contracts With Installations For The Processing, Recovery, Neutralization And Storage Of Municipal Waste; G) Civil Liability Insurance Contract For Business Activities Within The Scope Specified In This Order, For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 2,000,000.00 For The Duration Of The Contract.
