The Subject Of The Order Is To Improve The Quality Of Vocational Education In The City Of Suwałki Through The Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of Use Of An Educational Building With 2 Residential Premises Into An Educational Building In The School Complex No. 4 At Ul. Sejneńska 14 In Suwałki (Due To The Limitations Of The Contract Notice, The Full Text In The Swz) 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 3. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Words. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. The Use Of Labels In The Design Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. 7. Use In The Design Documentation Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or
