Heating Plant Construction Work - Selection Of The General Contractor For The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of A Heat Pump System And An Electric Boiler With Accompanying Infrastructure At The Czeczott Heating Plant In Wola. Task A: Construction Of A Heat Pump System With Accompanying Infrastructure At The Czeczott Heating Plant In Wola. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation In The Design And Build Formula Of A Task Called: Construction Of A Heat Pump System With Accompanying Infrastructure At The Czeczott Heating Plant In Wola, As Part Of The Implementation Of Which A New Energy Facility Will Be Built In The Boiler Room Of The Czeczott Heating Plant In Wola, Consisting Of A Heat Pump System And Auxiliary Installations And Devices. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Execution Of Construction And Executive Designs, Deliveries, Construction And Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Facility, Including: Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff, Warranty Service Of The Facility. The Ordering Party Informs That The Originally Planned Scope Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Separate Stages Of Implementation. However, This Procedure Concerns Only The First Stage. The Implementation Of The Second Stage Will Depend On The Decision Of The Ordering Party And May Be Carried Out As Part Of A Separate Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Installation Of An Air/Water Heat Pump System With A Total Power Of Not Less Than 5 Mw, • Delivery And Installation Of Auxiliary Equipment And Accompanying Infrastructure, • Assembly And Construction Works, Including, Among Others: Disassembly, Construction, Electrical, Sanitary And Instrumentation Works, • Adaptation Of Facilities And Installations To Fire Protection Requirements, • Integration Of The System With Newly Built Gas Sources (Gas Cogeneration Unit 2.096 Mwe / 2.042 Mwt And Gas Boiler 2.5 Mw) And The Wr-25/3 Boiler (12.0 Mw) Left For Cold Storage Purposes Reserve/Peak Boiler. After The Heat Pump System Is Built And Put Into Operation, The Wr-5 Boiler Is Planned To Be Decommissioned And The Wr-12 Boiler Is To Be Moved To The Cold Reserve/Peak Source.
