1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The District Road No. 3201G As Part Of The Investment Task Expansion Of Ul. Leśna In Rakowiec Along The District Road No. 3201G Tychnowy - Rakowiec, In Accordance With The Offer Presented By The Contractor And With The Scope Consistent With The Project, With Bills Of Quantities And Stwior And Specification Of Conditions Of Contract (Swz). The Project Is Planned To Include: • Reconstruction Road By Strengthening The Road Surface To 115 Kn/Axis • Improving The Geometric Parameters Of The Road By Correcting Horizontal And Vertical Curves And Intersections • Improving The Geometry Of Existing Regular Exits • Building A Sidewalk • Rebuilding A Railway Crossing • Renovation Of Existing Culverts Under The Road • Renovation Of Existing Culverts Under Exits • Construction Of Street Inlets • Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network • Desilting Of Existing Roadside Ditches • Replacement Vertical Markings • Greenery Development. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices And Materials Equivalent In Terms Of Quality And Raw Materials Used To Make Them To The Materials And Devices Specified In The Order Documents (Swz With Annexes). 4. If The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents (Swz With Annexes), The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Directly Or Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Product Indicated Directly In The Order Documentation - Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation.5.
