1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Ul. Władysława Sikorskiego No. 362680 K At Km 0 + 234.50 To Km 0 + 267.50 In The Existing Road And Renovation Of The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Route In Nowy Targ.2. The Scope Of Works Will Include In Particular: 1/ Pedestrian And Bicycle Route: A) Renovation Of The Surface And Road Substructure, 2/ Municipal Road Ul. Władysław Sikorski: A) Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk, B) Reconstruction Of The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, C) Reconstruction Of The Roadside In The Municipal Road, D) Implementation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings.3. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union As Part Of The Project: Integrated Transport System In The Pof Area - City Of Nowy Targ Under Priority 3 European Funds For Urban Transport Of The European Funds For Małopolska Program 2021-2027.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Tender Offer, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount. The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of Performing A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, 2/ The Contractor Will Design And Approve Changes In The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Will Make And Install Appropriate Signage, 3/ The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Place Of Work, 4/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (Means It Also Incurs The Related Costs),5/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions On The Construction Site And Its Surroundings,6/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For Damage And Consequences Of Accidents,7/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply The Regulations On Environmental Protection And Traffic Safety While Carrying Out The Works. Fees And Penalties For Exceeding The Standards Specified In The Relevant Regulations On Environmental Protection And Traffic During The Implementation Of The Works Will Be Borne By The Contractor,8/ The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 5-Year Quality Guarantee Period For The Construction Works And Incorporated Materials,9/ The Contractor Will Provide Full Surveying Services For The Investment, Obtaining An As-Built Surveying Report,10/ In The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract And In All Documents Constituting Annexes To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract (Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction) Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Origin Or Standards, Specifications, Sys
