Nad Torem The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Facility Of The Ecological Education Center, Including: A) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Rooms; B) Construction Of Electrical Power And Telecommunications Installations; C) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Installations Along With The Implementation Of New Installations, D) Demolition And Dismantling Of Floors, Walls, Installations, And Joinery Door;E) Installation Of Fire Doors And Fire Roller Shutters In The Computer Room;F) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings;G) Renovation Of Falling Elements (Plinth Tiles, Railings);H) Painting Of The Facade;I) Other Finishing Works.2) Construction Of A New Facility Of The Ecological Education Center, Including: A) Earthworks;B) Foundation Works;C) Foundation Works;D) Masonry Works;E) Insulation Works;F) Assembly Window And Door Joinery;G) Electrical Installation Works;H) Sanitary Installation Works;I) Finishing Works;J) Land Development;K) Cutting And Planting Trees. The Task Will Be Implemented With Co-Financing From The Project Titled Lets Do The Climate - Adaptation To Climate Change Through The Development Of An Educational Base And Blue-Green Infrastructure In Grudziądz Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union And From The State Budget Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program.1. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Particular In The Documentation Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. If A Specific Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, This Reference Also Means The Standard/Specification/Assessment/System Current On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or A Standard Replacing The Indicated Standard, As Well As An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Ensures That The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Met To An Extent Not Less Than The Standard Indicated In The Procurement Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Indicated Standard And A Later Or Replacing Standard, The Standard Ensuring A Higher Level Of Compliance Shall Prevail, Unless Legal Provisions Or Conformity Assessment Documents Require The Use Of A Specific Standard Or A Specific Version Of The Standard. The Above May Not Lead To Violation Of Applicable Legal Provisions, Administrative Decisions, Arrangements Or Design Documentation.3.
