1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Kuźnica Bobrowska (Plot No. 496, 540 R. Kuźnica Bobrowska), Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Swz.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Street Surface. Kolejowa In Grabowo Nad Prosną, Including: 1) Execution Of Earthworks, 2) Mechanical Cutting Of The Crown Of Trees, Bushes And Dense Undergrowth Located In The Area Of Works Being Carried Out, 3) Renovation Of A Road Culvert, 4) Construction Of Structural Layers Of The Road And Road With A Surface Made Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, 5) Hardening Of The Roadsides And Entrances With Crushed Aggregate Within The Strip Road,6) Execution Of Vertical Markings,7) Performance Of All Works And Activities Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Order, Even If They Were Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities,8) Full Geodetic Service Of The Construction Site: Marking Out, Possible Indication Of Boundaries, As Well As Preparation Of Geodetic Inventory Maps After The Completion Of The Works,9) All Repairs Of Above- And Underground Equipment Damaged During The Execution Of The Works,10) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Related To The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, Including With Commissioning, Etc. 11) Ensuring Safety On And Around The Construction Site, 12) Notifying Residents And Relevant Authorities (Including Institutions Making Arrangements For The Design Documentation Within The Deadlines Specified In The Arrangements) About The Commencement Of Works, 13) Other Activities Resulting From Industry Regulations Or Order Specifications. Measurement Works, Milling Of The Existing Road Surface, Note: The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Maintain The Construction Site, Prepare A Bioz Plan, Organize The Construction Site, Organize Road Traffic, Provide Surveying Services, Restore Geodetic Signs In The Event Of Their Destruction, Damage Or Displacement During The Works, Perform All Research And Tests, Restore The Area And Surfaces Adjacent To The Facility To Their Previous Condition And Other Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires A Site Visit To The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are To Be Carried Out.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform And Deliver On The Day Of Acceptance Of Construction Works: 1) As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies, 2) Confirmation Of Submitting The Notification Of The Completion Of Geodetic Works Together With A Survey, Prepared By A Person Performing Independent Functions In The Field O
