1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Municipal Road Access To Agricultural Land With A Length Of Approximately 998 Meters In The Towns Of Jadwisin And Modlikowice, Marked On The Map, Plot No. 194, District 0003 Jadwisin, Plot No. 294, District 0005 Modlikowice.2. For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Obtained Funding From Provincial Budget Revenues Related To The Exclusion Of Agricultural Land From Production.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Contract And For The Quality Of The Materials Used And The Works Performed, And For Their Compliance With The Documentation And Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector. Accompanying And Temporary Works Are Expected, In Particular: - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; - Providing Security For Completed Works; - Delivery Of All Necessary Elements; - Transport And Unloading Of All Materials At The Work Site; - Removal, Management Of Demolition Materials, Leftover Materials, Rubble, Waste, Etc. And Disposal According To Their Type, - Dismantling Of Existing Installations And Devices; - Other Deemed Necessary By The Contractor For The Proper Execution Of The Scope Of Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 7 (Technical Description, Pzt, Stwior, Bill Of Quantities) Attached To This Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure And Maintain The Safety Of The Construction Site And Works Outside The Construction Site During The Implementation Of The Agreement Until The Completion And Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Cost Of Securing The Construction Site Is Not Subject To Separate Payment And Is Assumed To Be Included In The Price Of The Task.6. Formal And Legal Conditions: Agreements And Opinions During Construction Works: A) Obtaining All Opinions And Arrangements Necessary During The Execution Of The Works, Including The Traffic Organization Design.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Task In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Complete The Task Based On Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law And Its Implementing Regulations.8. In Order To Complete The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Materials, Machines And Devices Necessary For Its Implementation And To Perform All Accompanying Works, Works And Activities Necessary To Complete The Order. The Materials Provided Must Meet The Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction. 9. All Materials Used Should Be New, Comply With Applicable Standards Or Technical Approvals And Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use Required By Applicable Law.10. Technologies, Devices And Materials May Be Treated As Equivalent If, In Relation To Those Described In The Design Documentation, They Have: 1) Not Lower Quality, Aesthetics And Operationa
