The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Łódź Voivodeship, Originating From The Exclusion Of Agricultural Land From Production. Material Scope The Works Include In Particular: - Measurement Works, - Milling Of The Old Surface, - Execution Of A Leveling Layer In The Amount Of 30 T, - Execution Of A 4 Cm Thick Binding Layer Of Ac16w Asphalt Concrete, A 462 M Long Section, - Execution Of A 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete - Kr3, A 462 M Long Section, - Execution Of A 5 Cm Thick Wearing Course Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete - Kr3, 475 M Long Section, - Cutting Of Roadsides, - Replacement Of Concrete Curbs And Pavement Surfaces, - Construction Of Roadsides (Crushed Stone Roadsides), - Installation Of 2 Information Boards.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Is Specified In: - Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Includes The Bill Of Quantities, Land Development Plans And Cross-Sections; - Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; Hereinafter Also Collectively Referred To As The Documentation. Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has Only An Informative Function. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever In The Swz And Its Annexes, I.E. In Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, It Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Solutions, He/She Includes Information About The Use Of Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Form In Point 10 Other Information. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove Equivalence, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Submitted With The Offer. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Solutions A Solution Which, In The Case Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Guarantees The Achievement Of The Levels Of Parameters, Functionality And Properties Necessary To Obtain Technical Certifications And Technical Reference Systems; However, In The Case Of Providing Standards, The Ordering Party Will Automatically Consider Newer Versions Of The Same
