1.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Task Titled: Construction Of A Steel Structure Warehouse With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Warehouse Building With Internal Installations For The Storage Of Equipment Related To Civil Defense And The Performance Of External Works Related To The Surroundings Of The Designed Facility.1.3. For The Order In Question, The Investment Is Co-Financed In The Form Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law Regarding Facilities For Rehabilitation In Connection With The Needs Of Disabled People, Pursuant To Resolution No. 708/26 Of March 31, 2026 Of The Management Board Of The Małopolska Voivodeship.1.4. Pursuant To Art. 7 Point 21 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Concept Of Construction Works Includes Both The Execution Or Design And Execution Of Construction Works Specified In Eu Regulations And The Cpv Classification, As Well As The Implementation Of A Construction Facility In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party1.5. Due To The Fact That The Public Procurement Law Allows For The Possibility Of Implementing The Contract In The Form Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works, The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using A Functional And Utility Program, Including A Description Of The Construction Task, Described In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 2 And 3 Above. Act.1.6. The Scope Of The Task Includes:1.6.1. Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining, On Its Basis, All Arrangements, Decisions And Other Documents Enabling The Notification Of Works And Obtaining A Building Permit By The Contractor Of Construction Works, 1.6.2. Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation Together With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Ending With The Final Acceptance Of The Investment Object.1.6.3. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation.1.7. The Building Should Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With The Functional And Operational Requirements Set By The Investor, In Accordance With The Requirements For This Type Of Facilities, As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Regarding Fire Protection, Hygiene And Sanitation, And Occupational Health And Safety.1.8. The Order Also Includes Equipping The Facility With Basic Elements Enabling Its Use, Such As Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Equipment.1.9. The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Works Outside The Building, Including The Development Of The Area Adjacent To The Building And The Implementation Of The Necessary Connections To The Technical Infrastructure Network. 1.10.
