The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Warehouse Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources Of The Koszalin County In Manowo - Stage I Design Works Along With Authors Supervision.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Under Contract No. 9.1.2.2026.Olioc.Zb For Co-Financing A Construction Investment With Funds From The State Budget For A Task Implemented In The Field Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc Program).3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Concept Of Land Development And The Functional And Utility Concept Of The Planned Warehouse; 2) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Including: A) Construction Design To The Extent Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Including In Particular Plot Or Area Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design And The Required Attachments, Opinions, Arrangements, Checks And Declarations; B) Executive Designs, Including Industry Detailed Designs, To The Extent Necessary To Prepare Bills Of Quantities Works, Investor Cost Estimates, Preparation Of Offers By Construction Contractors And Proper Implementation Of Works; C) Bills Of Quantities; 3) Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates; 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior);5) Obtaining All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Decisions (Including Building Permit Decisions), Consents, Permits And Other Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment;6) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Covered By The Prepared Documentation.4. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Will, In Particular, Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By The Documentation, Conducted On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Will Have To Include Markings Regarding Co-Financing According To The Template Provided By The Ordering Party.6. A Detailed Description Of Part I Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 4 To The Swz And It Specifies The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party.
