The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, In Particular The Construction And Executive Design Together With The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate, As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27 In Gdańsk (Construction, Installation And Finishing Works) Along With Options. 2. Subject Matter Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Includes: 1) Execution Of The Basic Order (Hereinafter Referred To As The Basic Order), Including The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, In Particular The Construction And Executive Design Together With The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate, As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27 In Gdańsk (Construction, Installation And Finishing Works) In Accordance With Opz; 2) Execution Of An Optional Order Including: A) Option 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Option 1), Consisting In Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1;B) Option 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As Option 2), Consisting In Updating Investor Cost Estimates.3. Under This Order, The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of Options On The Terms Specified In The Swz. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) Opz, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 2) Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
