1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Summer Recreation For Children And Young People In The Form Of A 10-Day Stay (Camp) In A Mountain Town In Poland. The Location Of The Vacation Should Provide Participants With Access To Mountain Or Foothill Areas, The Possibility Of Implementing A Tourist And Sightseeing Program, Access To Recreational And Tourist Infrastructure, The Possibility Of Organizing Hiking Trips And Educational Activities, And Conditions Conducive To Active Recreation For Children And Youth. The Camp Will Be Attended By School-Age Children Aged 7 To 18 From Foster Families, Family Childrens Homes And Biological Children Of Foster Families/Those Running A Family Childrens Home. Estimated Number Of Camp Participants: 41 School-Age Children (With The Possibility Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Number By 10%, I.E. 4 People)2. The Trip Will Be Carried Out In An Attractive Tourist Region Of Poland, Conducive To Rest, Recreation And The Implementation Of A Therapeutic Program For Children And Adolescents, Including Activities Supporting The Social And Emotional Development And Integration Of Participants. Due To The Specificity Of The Group Of Participants - Children Staying In Foster Care, Requiring An Increased Sense Of Security, Stability And The Possibility Of Quick Contact With Guardians And The Organizer - The Place Of Departure Should Be Located No More Than 200 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. The Purpose Of Limiting The Distance Is To Ensure The Safety And Proper Organization Of The Participants Stay, In Particular: • Ensuring Quick And Safe Transport Of Children To The Place Of Rest And Returning To Their Place Of Residence, • Enabling Efficient Intervention Or Control By The Ordering Party In Situations Requiring Urgent Action, • Enabling Parents, Legal Guardians Or The Organizer To Quickly Pick Up The Child In The Event Of The Need To End The Stay Earlier Or A Sudden Event Occurring During The Camp. The Order Also Covers The Transport Of Participants From The Place In Mysłowice Designated By The Ordering Party To The Place Of Rest And Back.
