Quotation Are Invited For Supply And Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) Name Of The Product Hard Hat (Safety Helmet) Standard/Certification Requirements At Least Equivalent To Ce En397 & Ansi Z89.1 (Ansi = American National Standards Institute/International Safety Equipment Association) Material Specification Branded Hard Hat Preferably Made Of Abs (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) Or Other Lightweight Material And Including Chin Strap Buckle, Sweatband And Suspension System Must Include Clip On/Retractable Smoke Viser Must Include Clip On/ Detachable Hearing Protection Must Include Clip On/Detachable Headlamp Branding Requirements None Color Preferably White Preparation (A) Your Price Quotation/(S) Shall Be For All The Items As Described In The Attached Documents And Submitted Only In The Attached Form Of Quotation With The Price And Completion Schedule. The Currency Of Quoted Prices And Payment Shall Be Nepalese Rupees (Npr). (B) The Prices Should Be Quoted For Supply And Delivery To Mca-Nepal Office, Kathmandu And Should Be Accompanied By Adequate Technical Documentation And Catalogue(S) And Other Printed Material Or Pertinent Information (In English Language Or Proper Translation To Englis)) For Each Item Quoted, Including Names And Addresses Of Firms Providing Aftersales Service Facilities In Kathmandu, Nepal. (C) You Shall Submit (Via Dropbox) Only One Set Of Quotations For The Above Items. Your Quotation Shall Be Signed By You Or Your Authorized Representative. Without A Signature In Your Form Of Quotation, Your Quotation May Not Be Considered Further. (D) Your Quotation(S) Should Be Valid For A Period Of 120 Days From The Deadline For Submission Of The Quotation/(S) As Indicated Below.
