The Contract Is Generally For The Following Work: General Contracting Services For The Replacement Of Watermain And Appurtenances, Along With The Reconstruction Of Riverside Avenue Between Martin Street And Temple Street In Sicamous, Bc Which Generally Includes The Following: • Supply & Installation Of +/-217M Concrete Roll-Over Curb And Gutter • Common Excavation And Disposal Or Re-Use Of Surplus Materials • Cold Milling Of Approximately 2,340M2 Of Existing Asphalt Pavement Along The Roadway • Supply & Installation Of Approximately 2,109M2 Of 100Mm Asphalt Pavement Along The Roadway • Supply & Installation Of Approximately 502M2 Of 150Mm Concrete Sidewalk • Supply & Installation Of Road Gravels Within The Watermain Trench Zones And Sidewalks. • Landscape Restoration, Topsoil, Seeding And Replanting. • Pavement Markings As Indicated On The Contract Drawings. • Supply & Installation Of 233M Of 250Mm Dr18 Pvc Watermain, Appurtenances And Tie-Ins. • Supply & Installation Of 1 Storm Manhole And 2 Catch Basins With 200Mm Pvc Lead. • Removal And Reinstatement Of Traffic Circle • Supply & Installation Of Hydro Conduit To Traffic Circle The District Reserves The Right To Negotiate Additional Work With The Successful Contractor Upon The Contractor’S Satisfactory Performance Of The Riverside Avenue Reconstruction, Phase 3, Work.
