A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Documents For Notification Prepared By Jaz+ Architekci Sp O. O. From Warsaw, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.4. During The Procedure, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Protection Of The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area.
