1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Cleaning Products And Materials For The Needs Of The Municipal Police Headquarters In Łódź And Its Subordinate Units. 2. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively During The Contract Period.3. The Quantities And Type Of Assortment Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Quantities Of The Ordered Assortment Presented In The Above-Mentioned The Assortment And Price Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price, They May Change During The Execution Of The Order, But The Total Value Of The Delivered Deliveries Will Not Exceed The Amount Specified In The Contract. The Final Quantity Of Individual Deliveries Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And Its Financial Resources, And In The Case Of Smaller Needs, They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Claims From The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Perform The Order At A Level Not Less Than 70% Of The Contract Value, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor.7. The Offered Goods Must Be Brand New (I Quality), Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. The Delivered Assortment Must Meet All The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In Swz.8. The Ordered Goods Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Have A Minimum Expiry Date Of 12 Months, I.E. Suitability For Use. 9. The Goods Must Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original, Intact Packaging. Unit Packaging Must Have Closures That Guarantee Its Full Tightness Before And After Repeated Opening, As Well As Disposable Seals That Self-Destruct Upon First Opening. 10. The Assortment Must Be Delivered In Units Of Measurement And Quantitative/Number Packages Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form. With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, The Size Of The Packaging May Be Changed While Maintaining The Unit Price Given In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 2 To Swz .11. All Cleaning And Personal Hygiene Products Must Have Labels In Polish With Instructions For Use And Safety, As Well As Their Expiry Date. 12. The Contractor Should Attach Safety Data Sheets, Appropriate Certificates Or Other Certificates And Certificates Required By Law Confirming The Admission Of The Delivered Product To Trading In Poland.13. All Products Offered That Are Hazardous Substances Or Chemical Preparations Marked With A Hazard Mark Must Have Current Safety Data Sheets, In Accordance With The Current Content Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1907/2006 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of December 18, 2006 On The Registration, Evaluation, Authorization And Restriction Of Chemicals (Reach) And Establishing The European Chemicals Agency, Amending The Directive 1999/45/Ec And Repealing Council Regulation (Eec) No 793/93 And Commission Regulation (Ec) No 1488/94, As Well As Cou
