The Office Assortment Procured Through This Dynamic Purchasing System Mainly, But Not Exclusively, Includes The Following Groups Of Goods: • Office Paper Of Various Formats And Weights (E.G. A4, A3 Formats), • Writing And Drawing Supplies Intended For Administrative Activities (E.G. Pens, Pencils, Highlighters, Markers), • Archiving, Filing And Organizational Aids (E.G. Binders, Europacks, Folders, Sorters, Registers), • Gluing, Joining And Binding Office Supplies (E.G. Adhesive Tapes, Glue Sticks, Staplers, Hole Punches), • Envelopes, Postal And Packaging Material (E.G. Envelopes Of Various Formats, Bubble Envelopes, Wrapping Paper), • Office Accessories And Accessories Used In Daily Administrative Activities (E.G. Filing Cabinets, Writing Pads, Stands, Correction Aids), • Other Goods Of A Similar Nature That Are Common Used In Administrative, Office Or Official Activities And Which Are Comparable In Nature To The Above Assortment. The Inclusion Of Specific Goods In The Subject Of Individual Orders Entered Within The Dynamic Purchasing System Will Always Be Based On The Current Needs Of The Public Contracting Authority And The Entities Involved. The Exact Specification Of The Subject Of Individual Orders, Including The Place Of Delivery, Delivery Dates And Other Conditions Of Performance, Will Be Specified In The Relevant Sub-Call For Tenders Within The Framework Of The Awarding Of A Specific Order. In The Event That A Specific Order Will Be Co-Financed From Funds Within The European Union Funds, The Call For Tenders Will Also Contain Information On The Terms And Conditions Of The Provider Of Funds.
