1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Road On Plot No. 2805/2 In Harbutowice. The Investment Is Being Carried Out On A Section With A Total Length Of 325 Meters (On A Section Of 215 Meters There Is Reconstruction, Including The Construction Of An Asphalt Surface With A Base, And On A Section Of 110 Meters There Is Renovation Of The Surface, Including The Construction Of A 5 Cm Thick Asphalt Overlay On The Existing Asphalt)2. As Part Of The Reconstruction, It Is Planned To Build A New Road Surface And A Structure In The Form Of A Wearing Course Made Of Asphalt Concrete. 5 Cm, Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete, Thickness. 5 Cm And A Base Base Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, Thickness. 28 Cm. The Total Thickness Of The Construction Layers Is 38 Cm. 3. It Was Assumed That Unfavorable Ground Conditions Would Occur - Overlying Or Questionable Soil, Therefore The Installation Of A Separating And Cutting Geotextile Was Designed. 4. Persons Involved In Operating Equipment Construction, Persons Performing Physical Work) With The Exception Of Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Pursuant To Art. 12 Et Seq. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
