The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work In The Design And Build Formula, I.E. Preparation Of A Construction Design Together With Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Administrative Decisions, As Well As The Implementation Of Renovation And Construction Works, Consisting In Replacing Steel Balustrades And Windows, Providing Waterproofing And Usable Surfaces For 34 Balconies Using Ventilated Floor Technology, Along With Painting The Facade, While Ensuring Full Functionality Of The Commercial Premises Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building. A Detailed Description Of The Order Execution Is Included In Particular In Technical Documentation (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Dt, Opz Or Sopz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
