1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bathrooms In The Boarding House And School Belonging To The Special Educational And Educational Center In Radomsko. The Task Is Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of Bathrooms With Adaptation To The Needs Of Disabled People: A) Preparatory Works; B) Demolition Works; C) Construction Works; 2) Replacement Of Sanitary Installations: A) Preparatory Works; B) Demolition Of Existing Approaches; C) Installation Of New Approaches; 3) Replacement Of Electrical Installations: A) Preparatory Works; B) Demolition Of Existing Electrical Installations; C) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Supervised By The Supervision Inspector. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On An Active Facility, Therefore The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Hinder The Use Of The Facility And Is Not Inconvenient For Users. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Specifies: - Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Includes: Architectural And Construction Design, Site Plan, Technical Design, Inventory Of Existing Rooms Intended For Modernization And Adaptation, Bill Of Quantities; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Sw, Hereinafter Also Collectively Referred To As Documentation. Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has Only An Informative Function. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever In The Swz And Its Annexes, I.E. In Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, It Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Solutions, He/She Includes Information About The Use Of Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Form In Point 10 Other Information. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove Equivalence, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Submitted With The Offer. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Solutions A Solution Which, In The Case Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Guarantees The Achievement Of The Levels Of Parameters, Functionality And Properties Necessary To Obtain T
