1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Anti-Virus Software Licenses. Currently, The Ordering Party Has A License For The Eset Protect Enterprise Antivirus Program In The Cloud For 850 Workstations, Valid Until June 23, 2026. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A License (Extension Of The Currently Used One) For Eset Protect Enterprise In The Cloud For 850 Workstations For The Next 36 Months, Along With Training Of Administrators In Its Use Or Proposing An Equivalent Solution Along With Its Implementation And Training Of Administrators In The Use Of The System. Identifier Of The Currently Held License: 3Ab-Ma3-4P8the Eset Protect Enterprise License Should Include The Following Components:Eset Inspect - Extended Detection & Responseeset Liveguard Advanced For Endpoint Security + Server Securityeset Endpoint & Server Security For Eset Protect Enterpriseeset Mobile Threat Defenseeset Full Disk Encryptionlicenses For The Offered Software Must: A) Come From The Manufacturer Or Its Official Distribution Channel And Cannot Infringe The Copyrights Of Third Parties, B) Include The Right To Use A Program With The Functionality Not Less Than That Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, C) Enable Updating Of The Virus Signature Database And Installation Of All Available Patches And Updates, D) Provide Access To The Latest And Earlier Versions Of The Software (If Required By The Ordering Party), E) Provide The Functionality Required By The Ordering Party Without The Need To Install Additional Software For Operation, F) Be Covered By The Manufacturers Technical Support On Business Days, From 08:00–17:00 (Via E-Mail, Telephone Or Via The Contact Form). G) Ensure That Information Security Attributes Are Maintained In The Information Systems Used By The Ordering Party.
