Tenders are invited for Construction of Rural Markets and Feeder Roads in Selected Rural towns of Kaduna State (Multiple Lots) Location 8 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY G &W) Interested Contractors are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Office of Head of Procurement at the Headquarters of the Institute, evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot paid into the Institutes REMITA platform account through any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY G &W): Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the desired lot, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids each with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed tamper proof envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Director General, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism, No. 10, Amisi Musa Street, Jabi, Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope (i.e the Technical, financial and the bigger envelopes) should bear the name and the address of the Bidder and drop in the designated Tender box (Office of the Head of Procurement, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism, No. 10, Amisi Musa Street, Jabi, Abuja no later than 12 noon on 6th of July, 2026. GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder; b. Firms bidding for lots W2A W3H and C6 C8 requires an annual turnover of 250m; c. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; d. Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) lots ; e. All cost will be borne by the bidders; f. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives and two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and civil societies organisation in the area of anti-corruption/transparency; g. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bid opening, while the financial bid of unsuccessful bidders will be returned un-opened; h. The Institute is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserve the right to annul procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
