The Tampere University Foundation Sr. (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client) Is Requesting A Bid For The Clean Water System Product Part Sale Of The Wbg Pilot Line Project (Also Sipfab In The Tender Documents), Including The Implementation Design, Equipment, Pipelines And Materials, Including Equipment Delivery, Installation And Commissioning, Brought To Ready-To-Use Condition According To The Plans. In The Projects Main Contract, New Research And Production Facilities Will Be Built As Iso-5 And Iso-7 Class Cleanrooms, As Well As Office And Ancillary Facilities For The Wbg Pilot Line Research Project. The Main Contract Has Started On 5/2026 And Reception Is On 4/1/2027. The Procurement Contract Schedule Is 8/2026–3/2027. The Wide Band Gap Pilot Line Is Part Of The European Unions Chips Act. Through The Chips Act, Five Pilot Lines Were Formed For Different Areas Of Semiconductor Technology. The Wbg Pilot Line Focuses On Power Electronics And High Frequency Radio Technology Through New Wbg Materials. The Pilot Line Develops The Manufacturing Of Materials, As Well As The Chips And Components Made From Them, Which Achieve Products That Are More Efficient Than Traditional Silicon. The University Of Tampere Is Responsible For All Pilot Line Chip Packaging With The New Wbg Pilot Line Cleanroom. Wbg Pilot Line Is Financed By Chips Ju And Business Finland. The Purchase Of A Clean Water System (Diw) Is Identified In The Wbg Pilot Line Project With The Equipment Code Tau.Wp9.50. The Address Of The Construction Site Is Korkeakoulunkatu 8, 33720 Tampere. The Procurement Is Carried Out In The So-Called On A Turnkey Basis, I.E. It Includes Implementation Planning In Accordance With The Customers Initial Data And Quality Requirements, Practical Implementation Planning And Scheduling, System Implementation Based On Implementation Plans, As Well As Installation And Testing In Perfect Working Condition, As Well As Commissioning Training. The Exception To This Is The Auxiliary And Other Works Performed By The Customer As Presented In The Procurement Documents. The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of Documents And Plans Of Completed Works To The Customer, As Well As The Delivery Of The Equipments User Manuals To The Customer. The Contractor Will Work Under The Guidance Of The Main Contractor And Will Follow The Site Safety Regulations And Take Care Of Occupational Safety Obligations. The Selected Contractor Will Agree With The Main Contractor On Site Practices In More Detail. The Contract Includes Responsibility For The Functionality Of The System, Fault Repairs And The Replacement Of Replacement Parts And Devices During The Warranty Period Of At Least Two (2) Years. Even After The Warranty Period, The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Spare Parts For The Equipment For A Separately Agreed Compensation At Least Ten (10) Years After The End Of The Contract.
