The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Restore Savijärvi, Which Has Overgrown Over The Years, Into A Better Habitat For Birds. The Aim Of The Dredging Is To Prevent The Lake From Becoming Overgrown And To Improve The Lakes Water Circulation, So That A Favorable Habitat For The Species Living In The Area Is Preserved And Its Diversity Is Improved. The Procurement Is Carried Out As Part Of The Helmi Habitat Program. The Sizes Of The Areas To Be Dredged Vary Between 0.1...1.0 Ha. Nesting Islands Will Be Implemented In The Area, Around Which The Width Of The Bottom Of The Bed That Will Be Opened Is At Least 10 Meters. The Size Of The Islands Varies Between 500...2000 M2. The Dredged Masses Are Transported To The Spreading Areas, Which Are Located In Nearby Fields. The Transport Distance Is About 200...1500 M. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out Outside The Birds Breeding Season. The Work Must Start No Later Than November 3, 2026, And The Work Must Be Received In Its Entirety And Approved By March 31, 2027. The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Site Before Submitting The Bid. Before Submitting The Offer, The Customer Requires The Contract Offeror To Familiarize Himself With The Dredging And Placing Site By Participating In A Separately Organized Microsoft Teams Meeting During The Bidding Period, Where The Customer Of The Construction Site Presents The Contract In More Detail. There Will Be Two Presentation Events (June 16, 2026 At 3-4 P.M. And June 17, 2026 At 9-10 A.M.) And Participation In Either Of Them Is Enough To Fulfill The Familiarization Requirement.
