Exercise Of Independent Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Of Constructions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Omurtag On Two Separate Positions The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Building - Reconstruction Of Oborishte Street In The Village Of Dolno Kozarevo From Point 35 To Point 34. With A Length Of 163 M; Separate Position No. 2: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Construction - Reconstruction Of Stara Planina Street In The Village Of Plastina From Point 12 To Point 22 With A Length Of 272 M. Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Individual Positions. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Main Activities: Implementation Of Consulting Services In The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site Acc. Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 2, Art. 168 And Art. 169B, Para. 1 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And By-Laws, Including Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3/2003 Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works; Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports For The Constructions.
