The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of Contractor(S) For The Supply Of Reagents, Kits, Consumables, Etc. To Ensure Quality, On Time And In Accordance With Contractual Requirements, Conducting Scientific Research On Projects Approved For Funding By The Science Fund, As Well As For The Needs Of Doctoral Students. The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Goods, Previously Requested And Specified By Type (Commercial Nomenclature), Technical Data, Configuration And Quantities. The Goods Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Appendix #1) Of The Documentation. The Quantity Of The Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Will Be Used In Evaluating The Offers. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Specified Quantities Of Goods According To Its Needs. Place Of Execution Of The Order: Varna, 55 Marin Drinov St. Term For Order Fulfillment - 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. Delivery Term – Up To 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Written Request By The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Of The Goods Should Be Carried Out According To The Storage And Transportation Conditions Described By The Manufacturer, In The Original Packaging Of The Manufacturer, With Intact Integrity, With Indicated Origin, And In Applicable Cases Accompanied By A Certificate Of Analysis And A Safety Information Sheet In Bulgarian. The Remaining Shelf Life Of The Offered Items At The Time Of Delivery Should Not Be Less Than 80% Of The Shelf Life Indicated By The Manufacturer On The Packaging.
