Invitation No. 4 For Participation In A Limited Procedure /Op/, On The Basis Of Art. 86 Of The Zop, In Connection With The Created Dynamic Purchase System (Dsp), With Tin In Rop No. T547540 And Subject Supply Of Laboratory Reagents And Consumables For The Needs Of The Nmtb Tsar Boris Iii - Invitation No. 4 - Supply Of A Closed Blood Collection System For A Clinical Laboratory. The Laboratory Consumables Subject To The Current Limited Procedure Are Named General Laboratory Consumable For Blood Collection And Contains Various Types Of Items That Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Excel Format /Appendix No. 1 /, An Integral Part Of The Invitation. Wherever The Technical Specification Contains Reference To Standards, The Same Should Be Read And Understood As Or Equivalent. Participants Should Submit An Offer Including All Items - Complexity Of The Offer. Variants Of Offers Are Not Allowed. The Parameters Of The Laboratory Consumables Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Excel Format /Appendix No. 1/. In Section Ii /Technical Specification In Word Format/ Of The Invitation, The Requirements For Medical Devices - Consumables Are Specified. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification For The Individual Consumables Are Estimates, And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Employer To Assign Them In Full. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority May Request The Delivery Of Larger Quantities Of One Or More Items, But Only Within The Total Value Of The Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 42,000.00 Excluding Vat, Which Is Specified In The Technical Specification /Appendix No. 1/ And Represents The Maximum Financial Resource Determined By The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Order. Participants Who Submitted Offers Above The Specified Financial Resource Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. The Public Contract Will Be Awarded Based On The Lowest Price Award Criterion. Lowest Price Shall Mean The Lowest Total Value Offered Excluding Vat Of All Items. The Contracting Authority Concludes A Contract With The Participant Ranked First. The Term Of The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Current Limited Procedure, Is 24 Months. The Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract Is In The Amount Of 1% Of The Total Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat. In The Present Limited Procedure, The Contracting Authority Applies The Order Under Art. 33A Of The Ppzop, As The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Opened At The Same Time.
