Adaptive Transport Services 2026.The Object Of This Contract Is The Performance Of The Transport Service For People With Disabilities And With Difficulties To Use Ordinary Public Transport, Organized In Routes In Order To Offer Transport Adapted To The Degree Of Need For Support Of The Possible Users, Whose Integration Must Be Guaranteed, Reserved For Special Work Centers Facilitating Social Inclusion And Access To Employment. People In Situations Or At Risk Of Exclusion And People With Disabilities, Founding A Fairer And More Inclusive Society. It Is About The Provision In The Region Of La Cerdanya Of A Transport Service For People With Disabilities And With Difficulties In Using Ordinary Public Transport, Organized In Routes In Order To Provide Transport Adapted To The Degree Of Need For Support Of The Possible Users, Who Must Be Guaranteed Their Integration, In Accordance With The Regulations In Decree 142/2010, October 11, And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 12/2007, October 11, Of Social Services, And Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, Of November 29, For The Approval Of The Revised Text Of The General Law On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities And Their Social Inclusion, As Well As The Law 13/2014, From October 30, Accessibility.
