The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Sensory Water Test Station And Adaptation Of The Other Laboratory Rooms To The Applicable Regulations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Functional And Operational Program, The Draft Contract And Appendices To The Swz. The Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Includes The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, The Functional And Operational Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, The Draft Contract, Constituting Appendices To This Swz. If The Tender Documentation Contains References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If Equivalent Solutions Are Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Whenever In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract There Are References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Phrase Or Equivalent Is Added After Their Wording. If The Documentation Contains Features That Could Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer, This Does Not Constitute A Preference For The Product Or Materials Of A Given Manufacturer, But Is Intended To Indicate Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials And Devices Other Than Those Described, Provided That They Guarantee Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation. The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection. Failure Of The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Inspection Will Result In Rejection Of His Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Pzp. The Date For The On-Site Inspection By The Contractor Should Be Agreed With An Employee Authorized To Communicate With Contractors Regarding Substantive Matters Indicated In Chapter Viii Of The Swz. The Protocol From The On-Site Visit Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
