1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Conference Room, Room No. 16 On The Ground Floor Of The Potocki Palace In The Building Of The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage At Ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 15 In Warsaw. The Building, Which Is The Seat Of The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage, Located On The Registration Plot No. 47, District 5-03-05, Is Entered By The Masovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Masovian Voivodeship Under No. 212 (Date Of Entry: 1965-07-01). Object Identifier Sro09568, Historical Name Potocki Palace (Czartoryski, Ossoliński, Denhoff Manor). The Building Is An Active Public Utility Facility.2. The Purpose Of This Agreement Is To Improve The Elements Of The Building Used By The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage And To Maintain The Property In A Technically Efficient Condition.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Technical Documentation, Which Includes: Construction Designs, Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities Of Construction Works, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Regarding The Renovation Of The Conference Room, Room No. 16 On The Ground Floor Of The Potocki Palace In The Building Of The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage At Ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 15 In Warsaw. Above The Documentation Constitutes Appendix No. 7 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities For Construction Works Are Only Auxiliary Documents, But The Scope Of Work Covered By Them Must Be Completed By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consider The Entire Contract, Including In Particular The Technical Documentation And Annex No. 6 To The Contract - Contractors Obligations. This Means That All Elements Included In One Of The Components Of The Technical Documentation Or In The Contract And Not Included In The Other Parts Of The Technical Documentation Or In The Contract, And Included In The Contract But Not Included In The Technical Documentation, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In All Parts Of The Technical Documentation And In The Contract. Regardless Of The Name Of The Item Used In Any Of The Bills Of Quantities, Relating To Purchase Or Delivery Or Assembly, Such An Item Includes The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly, Unless They Are Clearly Separated In Any Of The Bills Of Quantities.
