Descriptionthe Procurement Concerns The Destruction Of Paper Documents (Shredding) There Is A Need For A Supplier Who Provides A Secure Destruction Service For Paper Documents To Be Disposed Of At Police Locations. The Customer Will Order Collection If Necessary. The Supplier Must Shred/Destroy Paper Documents In A Secure Manner So That The Information Cannot Be Reproduced. The Paper Documents Must Be Shredded/Destroyed At Security Level P4 For All Partial Contracts. For Partial Contract Oslo, The Supplier Must Offer Shredding/Destruction Of Paper Documents By Direct Incineration As An Option. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure A Safe, Cost-Effective And Environmentally Friendly Disposal Of Paper Documents In Accordance With Laws And Regulations, And In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Agreement. The Agreement Will Cover The Polices Need For The Destruction Of Unclassified Paper Documents. The Following Services Are Not Covered By The Service: • Destruction Of Paper Documents With Classified Information In Accordance With The Protection Directive And The Security Act • Destruction And Secure Deletion Of Electronic Storage Media • Destruction Of Police-Specific Material • Shredding Of Passports • Destruction Of Seizures
