The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Ensuring Communication Connectivity For The Proper Functioning Of The Communication Information Systems Of The National Insurance Institute (Nii). Term Of Provision Of The Service Ensuring Connectivity Of The Territorial Divisions Of The National Social Security Institute /Noi/, Their Outsourced Offices, Remote Workplaces And Archive Repositories To The Central Administration Of The National Social Security Institute - 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Summarizing Findings Protocol. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out In The Buildings Of The Cu And Tp Of The Noi, With The Settlements And Exact Addresses Indicated In Table No. 1 Connectivity Points Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1, And At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Contract And/Or During Its Implementation, The Information Indicated In Table No. 1 Connectivity Points Is Subject To Changes, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Noi. The Maximum Term For The One-Time Initial (Introductory) Transfer Of All Requested Communication Connections Without Their Interruption Is 1 (One) Pre-Agreed With Noi Working Day. Timely, Complete And High-Quality (Without Remarks) Execution/Implementation Is Certified By A Bilaterally Signed Summary Findings Protocol For Final Acceptance And Introduction Into Regular Operation After The Successful Conduct Of A Minimum Of 72 Hours Of Tests Of The Already Implemented Services. The Period For Successfully Conducting Tests Is Considered To Be Regular Operation Of Already Implemented Services. The Maximum Term For The Preliminary Preparation (Access Construction, Installation And Configuration Of Active And Passive Network Equipment), One-Time Initial (Introductory) Transfer Of All Requested Communication Connections Is Up To 10 (Ten) Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Notification From The Contracting Authority About Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of A Performance Guarantee. The Initial (Introductory) Transfer Of All Requested Communication Links Is Certified By Signing A Summary Report. The Requirements Of The Employer Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Employer - Annex No. 1.
