Tenders are invited for IT Services Provider IT Services Provider Palestinian Technology Park - TechnoPark Tender Description Palestine Technopark (PTP), established in 2016 as a non-profit research and innovation park, aims to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Palestine. PTP provides essential physical infrastructure, entrepreneurship programs, a technology transfer office, innovation labs and hubs, and research and development initiatives to promote science and innovative technologies, commercialize technological knowledge, and bridge the gap between the business sector and academia. Palestine Technopark (PTP) is seeking to contract a qualified and reliable IT Services Provider to deliver information technology services in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined below: 1- General evaluation and assessment for Technopark IT system: · Understand Technopark business needs. · Analyze Technopark IT systems and infrastructure. · Identify IT system problems and weakness. · Determine security threads and advice on secure solutions. · Advice and assist in developing new IT systems based on Technopark business requirements. · Draft monthly reports on the efficiency of the IT system. 2- IT support for all IT systems and services including: Providing technical support needed and insure the operational efficiency for the following IT Systems: · Electronic systems and business applications. · Data center and servers. · Desktops, laptops and workstations. · Network and network devices (wifi network, routers, switches, and firewalls). · Printers and printing solutions. · Private and public internet access for Technopark members and guests. · On-site regular visits for system checklist, preventive maintenance and IT support. · On-call visits to provide IT Support for urgent cases. · Providing remote IT support for all IT systems and services.
