Tenders are invited for Legal Due Diligence and Draft Term- sheet and Contractual Agreements to support the completion of the Funding Proposal The objective of this consultancy is to provide comprehensive legal analysis and advisory services to ensure that the R2R Fisheries Programme complies with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of Jamaica, Grenada, Belize and St. Kitts and Nevis and aligns with the fiduciary, legal and operational requirements of the Green Climate Fund.
