In Order To Guarantee Competence As The Objective And Purpose Of The Lcsp, The Present Contract Establishes The Division Into 4 Lots:- Lot 1: Supply, Through Purchase, Of An Irrigation Tank Truck For The Municipal Brigade.- Lot 2: Supply, Through Purchase, Of A Compact Mini Loader With Accessories For The Municipal Brigade.- Lot 3: Supply, Through Purchase, Of An Electric Cart For The Municipal Brigade.- Lot 4: Supply, Through Purchase, Of A Personal Lifting Platform For The Municipal Brigade. The Bidding And Execution Of The Contract Will Be Governed, In Addition To The Applicable Legal Regulations, The Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses And The Set Of Technical Prescriptions (Ppt) (Annex 2).
