As A Result Of The Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Select An Economic Operator Who Will Provide Design Services For The Following Activities: - Development Of The Technical Execution Project To Achieve The Investment Objective - Development Of Execution Details And Specifications; - Execution Of Construction Works; - Technical Assistance During The Execution Of The Works And During The Warranty Period, Which Includes The Provision Of Technical Assistance For Each Decisive Phase Indicated In The Technical Project, Development Of A Program For Monitoring The Behavior Of The Work Over Time, Participation In The Reception Of The Works, Participation In The Development Of The Technical Book Of The Construction - The Implementation By The Provider Of The Changes Related To The Prepared Documentation, In The Situation Where It Is Requested By The Beneficiary/ The Ministry Of Culture/ The County Directorate Of Culture/ The Council Technical - Economic Or Other Advisory Bodies; -Completion And Submission Of Any Documents Required By The Specific Documentation Of The Financing Program Or By Their Subsequent Revisions. - The Analysis Of The Documentation, Studies And Opinions Provided By The Contracting Authority And Their Review, If Necessary.
