1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Installation Of A Retention Tank With A Foundation On The Premises Of The Water Treatment Plant In Miłomłyn To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Along With The Authors Supervision, Performance Of Construction Works Necessary To Execute The Order, Preparation Of An Inspection Report Of The Works Performed. 2. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Along With The Definition Of The Minimum Requirements Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), Which Constitutes A Functional And Utility Program. The Ordering Party Requires That The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Stage I Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit, I.E., Among Others: - Development Of A Construction And Technical Design For The Task Being Performed - Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Etc. And Inter-Industry Coordination - Development Of A Full-Industry Detailed Design - Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Etc. And Inter-Industry Coordination (Paper And Electronic Form); - Preparation Of Detailed Specifications Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Investors Cost Estimate, Bills Of Quantities, Bioz Information (Paper And Electronic Form). Before Starting The Project, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Ordering Partys Approval Regarding The Concept, Materials And Equipment. The Second Stage Of The Order Includes: A) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, B) Exercising Authors Supervision, Within The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4) Letters A-B Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725); C) Preparation Of An Inspection Report Of The Works Performed.
