1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Under The Task Titled: Construction Of A Storm Sewage System In Mońki - Ul. Krzywa I Żurawia Covering The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System In Ul. Mickiewicza, Wesoła, Żurawia And Krzywa In Mońki And Construction Of A Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage Connection To The Single-Family Residential Building No. 10 At Ul. Wesoła In Mońki. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Are Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary To The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Are Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Attached Project Documentation. 2) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-106 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-106 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Construction Object, Supply Or Service Meets The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
