1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Underground Hiding Place Located On The Property No. 1172/2, Słupia District, Commune. Słupia, Skierniewice County.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of An Underground Hiding Place. The Scope Of The Order Includes Implementation In The Design And Build Formula In Accordance With The Description Contained In The Functional And Utility Program And Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Above-Mentioned Scope. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Will Notify The Interested Institutions And Owners Of Underground Utilities About The Commencement Of Construction (If Applicable). When Carrying Out Earthworks In Very Close Proximity To Buildings, Special Caution Should Be Exercised And Construction Law Regulations Must Be Strictly Observed. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, On The Terms Specified In The Contract And Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Functional And Utility Program - Appendix No. 9 To The Swz.
