Specific Procurement Notice for Data Quality Review Consultancy Services. 1. The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Sierra Leone (the Government) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact on September 27, 2024 for assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Sierra Leone (the Compact) in the amount of Four Hundred Eighty Million United States Dollars (USD $480,000,000) (MCC Funding) which includes an additional Fourteen Million Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (USD 14,200,000) contribution from the Government of Sierra Leone. The Government, acting through the Millennium Challenge Account Sierra Leone (the Accountable Entity), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Consultant Qualifications (RCQ) is issued.
