The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish A New Infill-Free Artificial Grass System That Is Adapted To Football Activity Under Nordic Conditions. The Solution Should Contribute To High Wear Resistance, Stable Playing Characteristics And An Appropriate Operating And Maintenance Requirement Throughout The Year. The Procurement Will Also Support The Municipalitys Goals Regarding The Environment, Sustainability And Long-Term Resource Management. The Choice Of Infill-Free Artificial Turf Is Based On Assessments Relating To Operation, Maintenance And Environmental Impact. The Suppliers Must Therefore Assume That There Is A Demand For A Complete System That Takes Care Of These Considerations Within The Framework Of The Competition Basis. Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Includes The Delivery And Installation Of A Complete Infill-Free Artificial Grass System On The Moseidmoen Training Ground. The Delivery Includes Artificial Grass Cover, Elastic Layer (Pad), Marking And Other Work That Follows From The Competition Basis. Foundation Work Is Carried Out In A Separate Contract And Is Not Included In This Procurement. Before Starting Work, The Supplier Must Take Part In Checking The Substrate Together With The Client. Any Deviations That May Affect The Delivery Must Be Notified To The Client Without Undue Delay And Before The Work Begins. The Supplier Must Assume That The Base During The Control Inspection Satisfies The Contractual Requirements For The Basic Contract. The Supplier Must Plan His Work So That Assembly Can Begin Without Undue Delay After The Substrate Has Been Approved And Is Available. Necessary Smoothing, Cleaning And Minor Adjustments To The Substrate Which Naturally Follow From Weather And Normal Influences In The Period Between The Control Inspection And The Start Of The Works Shall Be Included In The Contract Sum. There Is A Demand For A Functional And Robust Court Construction That Provides A Smooth Playing Surface, Good Damping And Playing Properties, High Wear Resistance And Safe Use. The Artificial Grass Must Meet The Requirements For The Properties Of Artificial Grass For Football From The Ministry Of Culture, Oct. 2019. Requirements According To Ns-En 15330-1:20131, Including Requirements For Documented Properties And Testing. Stabilizing Sand Can Only Be Used In The Necessary Outer Zones Outside The Playing Surface, One Meter Outside The Touchline. Such Use Must Be Limited To What Is Necessary For The Systems Function And Lifespan, And The Sand Must Not Contain Synthetic Materials.
