Supply And Application Of Soil Stabilizer And Granular Seal Coat – Range Road 2212 . Supply And Application Soil Stabilizer And Granular Seal Coat On Range Road 2212 From Dewdney Avenue To Railway Tracks; For A Total Distance Of 2.56 Km. The Proposal Is To Supply And Installsoil Stabilizer And Granular Seal Coat, Necessary Equipment And Manpower To Complete The Installation To A Depth Of 200Mm (8”). The Proposal Is Based On The Road Top At Approximately 10 M And The Work Would Include:  Ripping The Road Surface Approximately 8”  Mixing In The Existing Pavement Into The Subgrade  Supply And Install The Soil Stabilizer Into The 8” Subgrade  Re-Lay And Compact Material To 100% Density  Place Gravel (Supplied By Owner)  Sample And Test For Moisture And Density To Be Completed By Contractor  Supply And Install The Granular Seal Coat
