The Delivered Articles Must Be Intended For The Polish Market And Come From The Official Sales Channel. 5. Devices And Software Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Encumbrances And Rights Granted To Third Parties. 6. The Deliverables Will Be Handed Over On The Basis Of A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Signed Without Any Reservations By The Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Minimum Parameters, Features, Delivery And Warranty Conditions Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
