The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Supply Of Computer Hardware And Software Under The Grant Project - Part 3. The Supply Of Computer Hardware And Software - Part 3, Is Carried Out As Part Of The Grant Project Improving The Level Of It Infrastructure Security And The Level Of Knowledge About Cyber Threats In The Municipal Office In Łaziska Górne And Its Subordinate Units, Which Is Implemented As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii “Advanced Digital Services” Action 2.2 “Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.” The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Retrofitting Of The Ordering Partys Ict Infrastructure, Including The Purchase And Delivery Of An Uninterruptible Power Supply (Ups) To Secure Energy Continuity, As Well As The Purchase And Delivery Of An Operating System License. The Execution Of The Order Imposes On The Supplier The Obligation To Fully Deliver And Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Along With Providing Professional Technical Support And Warranty. The Cost Of Delivery, Including Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: Łaziska Górne, Plac Ratuszowy 1, Is Covered By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Deliver And Hand Over To The Employers Employee The Equipment In The Original Packaging Along With Licenses, Operational Documentation, Warranty, Installation Cds, Drivers, Certificates, Etc. The Offered Equipment And Software Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Factory Packaging, Delivered With A Set Of Standard Documentation For The User In Paper Or Electronic Form, In Accordance With The Relevant Standards And Other Requirements Formal, Covered By A Warranty And Must Come From A Legal Sales Channel To The European Union Market.
