The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Acting As A Contract Engineer For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of The Kraszewo Water Reservoir On The Raciążnica River, Along With Ensuring Investor Supervision In All Required Industries And Supporting The Ordering Party In The Management, Control, Settlement And Acceptance Of The Investment.2. The Investment Task Covered By The Contract Engineers Service Includes In Particular The Construction Of The Kraszewo Flow-Through Water Reservoir On The Raciążnica River Along With Water Facilities Necessary For Its Functioning And Operation. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: A Water Reservoir With A Water Surface Of Approx. 70.3 Ha, A Weir On The Raciążnica River With A Clearance Of 3 X 4.00 M = 12.00 M, Dams With A Total Length Of Approx. 3,610 M, Embankment Ditches With A Total Length Of Approx. 2,664 M, Culverts In Embankment Ditches, A Fish Pass, Earthworks, Hydrotechnical And Construction Works, Reinforced Concrete, Reinforcements, Anti-Filtration Barriers, Geotextiles, Geogrids, Steel And Gabion Elements, Technological Roads, Excavated Material Management, Cleaning And Reconstruction Works And Activities Resulting From Administrative Decisions And Technical Documentation.3. The Functions Of The Designed Reservoir Are In Particular: Retention Of Surface Water And Regulation Of Water Relations For Agricultural Purposes, Stopping Erosion, Increasing The Landscape And Aesthetic Values Of The Commune Area And Improving The Microclimate In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Reservoir.4. The Contractor Acting As The Contract Engineer Will Be Obliged To Perform His Duties In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, In Particular The Construction Law, The Public Procurement Law, The Water Law, Environmental Protection Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Administrative Decisions, Design Documentation, Documentation Of The Construction Works Procedure, The Contract With The Construction Contractor And The Project Co-Financing Contract.5. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide At Least: A) Contract Engineer/Team Coordinator, B) Investor Supervision Inspector In The Hydrotechnical Engineering Specialty Without Restrictions, C) Investor Supervision Inspector In The Construction Specialty Without Restrictions, And - If Necessary - Other Specialists Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Service, In Particular In The Field Of Settlements, Scheduling, Cost Control, Environmental Protection, Water Management, Geotechnics, Geodesy, Earthworks, Hydrotechnical Works And Acceptance Documentation.5. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Fem 2021-2027 Program. The Beneficiary Declares Compliance With The Dnsh Principle; The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Services In A Way That Ensures Compliance And Provide The Required Evidence.
