Tenders Are Invited For Modified Project For Substitution Of Sections Of Water Pipes Down And Digitalization Of Meters. Given The Current Problems (High Losses In The Network, Number Of Breakdowns, Age Of The Pipes And Their Material) It Has Been Opted For The Integral Replacement Of The Pipe Sections Indicated In The Centers Of Talavera And Bellmunt. The Pipes Subject To Intervention Are Part Of The Municipal Distribution Network, That Is To Say, Of The Downstream Network. It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Fiber Cement Pipes (Fc-60) With Pn16 Polyethylene Pipes With A Diameter Of 63 Mm, With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Better Hydraulic Efficiency, Reducing Losses And Minimizing Future Corrective Interventions. On Occasion, In The Section That Also Includes A Hydrant, The Pipe Is Replaced By Polyethylene Pn16 With A Diameter Of 110 Mm. It Will Also Install A Remote Reading System On Subscribers Water Meters.
