Compressors – Purchase Of Knorr Compressors. Procurement Of Knorr Compressors Required For The Operation Of M3 Vehicle Category Buses Within The Framework Of A Framework Purchase Agreement. Total Quantity (Planned): 156 Pcs/24 Months The Details Of This Are Included In The Table Of Offer Prices And The Technical Description. The Quantities Specified In The Table Of Offer Prices Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Framework Contract To Be Concluded. In The Framework Contract, The Tenderer Sets A Framework Amount, Which Is The Amount Specified In Vi.3 Of This Call. (Bt-300) Is Determined According To Subsection 17. The Tenderer Undertakes To Place An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Amount. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid Taking The Above Into Account. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. In Its Offer, The Bidder Must State The Product Manufacturer And The Product Manufacturers Identification Number Of The Products To Be Delivered, And Whether The Offered Product Is A Vehicle Manufacturers, Original Installation, Or Replacement Product, And Must Attach The Documents Required In The Technical Description For The Vehicle Manufacturers, Original Installation, And Replacement Products. In Its Offer, The Offeror Must State, In A Duly Signed Form, That: • During The Contract Period, He Undertakes To Perform The Work In The Schedule Requested By The Requester And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • The Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Offered Products Comply With Those Specified In The Relevant Un-Ece Regulations; • The Offered Vehicle Manufacturer Products, Or If This Is Not Possible, The Vehicle Manufacturers Logo/Name Will Appear On Their Packaging; • Delivers The Offered Vehicle Manufacturers Products In The Original Manufacturers Packaging For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • The Fulfillment Deadline He Undertakes Does Not Exceed 10 Working Days; • Acknowledges That The New Spare Parts To Be Delivered And Their Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Must Be Equivalent To Those Prescribed By The Manufacturing Plant For The New Product, The Delivery Of Products Installed, Repaired Or Refurbished Elsewhere (Including Factory Refurbished Or Rebuilt) Is Not Accepted; • The Connecting Elements, Gaskets, And Fixing Elements Provided By The Product Manufacturer And Necessary For Its Installation Shall Be Handed Over To The Contracting Authority Free Of Charge Upon Delivery; • Provides The Products In The Specified Quality And, In Case Of Winning, Delivers The Products Offered In The Offer For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • The Agreed Warranty Period Is At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt, Without Mileage Restrictions, And That The Additional Public Procurement Document Related To The Warranty
