The Capacity Of These Connections Is Increasingly Being Exhausted And The Transmission Speed Is No Longer Sufficient For More And More Applications. In Addition, The Devices For Data Transmission Via Optical Fibers, The Transceivers, Will Soon Reach End-Of-Life Status. The Luks Now Wants To Increase The Bi-Directional Transmission Speed From The Sursee/Wolhusen Locations To The Luks Data Centers And Also Keep The Possibility Open For Further Expansion Of The Network. The Latter Has A Term Of 5 Years, Including The Possibility Of An Annual Extension Up To A Maximum Term Of 8 Years, And It Regulates The Provision Of An Spoc For The Luks, Through Which All Inquiries And Concerns Of The Luks Relating To The Topics Regulated Therein Are Handled, As Well As The Next-Business-Day Restoration Through Repair Or Replacement In The Event Of A Transmission Device Failure.
