The Construction Plot Is Located Between Antoine De Saint-Exupéry, Albert Wehrer, Alcide De Gasperi And Léon Hammes Streets. Three Buildings Are Planned To Be Constructed. The New Administrative Headquarters Of The European Stability Mechanism (Esm) And Two Other Administrative Buildings Intended For State Needs, Namely The Adm (État) And Lux Buildings. The Site Extends Over Approximately 1.6 Ha And Has A Height Difference Of 7 Meters, Going From The South-West Point To The North-East Point. The Total Gross Surface Area Of ​​The Esm Building Is ± 20,000 M2, Distributed Over R+6 Floors And 1 Basement. The Total Gross Surface Area Of ​​The Adm Building (State) Is ± 23,500 M2, Distributed Over A Base Of R+5 Floors, A Tower Of R+16 Floors And A Technical Floor.
